宋晓军，生于1954年3月，中共党员。籍贯陕西富平，笔名频阳居士。出身书香门第，著名学者型书法家、书法理论家、国家高级美术师，中国书法家协会理事，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，北京大学艺术学院客座教授，天津美术学院客座教授，人民书画报理事会主席，享受国务院政府特殊津贴的专家。
