利用虛拟機（版本7.1）插入優盤或者移動硬碟後在虛拟機中始終發現不了，而且還出現了下面的提示：

the connection to the VMware USB Arbitration Service was unsuccessful.Please check the status of this service in the Microsogt Management Console

原因是在主控端上沒有開啟VMware USB Arbitration Service。

解決辦法：在XP作業系統中，右鍵我的電腦，點選管理-服務和應用程式-服務，找到VMware USB Arbitration Service，右鍵點選，啟動即可。
