高品質發展是中國全面建設社會主義現代化國家的首要任務。中央經濟工作會議提出，2023年要“堅持穩字當頭、穩中求進”，“形成共促高品質發展合力”。開年以來，中國各地更好統籌經濟質的有效提升和量的合理增長，在起跑就是“加速度”的“拼經濟”過程中，力争以新氣象新作為促進高品質發展取得新成效。

近日，中共中央、國務院印發了《品質強國建設綱要》。建設品質強國是推動高品質發展、促進大陸經濟由大向強轉變的重要舉措，是滿足人民美好生活需要的重要途徑。《綱要》提出的主要目标是：到2025年，品質整體水準進一步全面提高，中國品牌影響力穩步提升，人民群衆品質獲得感、滿意度明顯增強，品質推動經濟社會發展的作用更加突出，品質強國建設取得階段性成效。到2035年，品質強國建設基礎更加牢固，先進品質文化蔚然成風，品質和品牌綜合實力達到更高水準。
