據國家航天局消息，11月21日，國家遙感資料與應用服務平台釋出暨國家航天局衛星資料與應用國際合作中心揭牌儀式在海南海口舉辦。國家遙感資料與應用服務平台正式開通，旨在建構國家級、綜合性遙感資源共享與應用服務體系，進一步推進遙感衛星資料資源共建共用共享，帶動大陸遙感綜合應用能力邁上新台階。

The China National Space Administration (CNSA) on Monday launched a national platform for remote sensing data and application services in Haikou, capital city of the southern island province of Hainan. Also on Monday, the CNSA held an opening ceremony for its international satellite data and application cooperation center in Haikou. China has launched the platform to build a national and comprehensive remote sensing resource sharing and application services system. And the platform will promote the contribution and sharing of resources further.

目前，大陸天地一體化的空間基礎設施建設取得重大進展，建構了以衛星通信、衛星遙感、衛星導航為主體的天地一體化國家空間基礎設施體系。大陸已實作從地球靜止軌道到低軌衛星群、從可見光到紅外、從多光譜到高光譜、從光學遙感到雷達遙感的對地觀測能力，建構了大陸高分辨率對地觀測系統骨幹網，帶動了陸地資源環境、海洋監視監測、天氣和氣候觀測等一批星座的立項建設，推動建構起以衛星通信、衛星遙感、衛星導航為主體的天地一體化國家空間基礎設施體系。

黨的十八大以來，大陸遙感衛星發展迅速，特别是随着高分專項的實施，建構起穩定運作的高分衛星遙感系統。與此同時，遙感衛星應用仍存在效益不高、資料共享難、應用服務散等問題。為推動大陸遙感資料共建共用共享，國家航天局此次會同有關部門，組織國家航天局對地觀測與資料中心、中國資源衛星應用中心、國家衛星氣象中心等7家共建機關通力合作，聯合建設國家遙感資料與應用服務平台。該平台聚合了高分衛星、民用航天科研衛星、國際合作衛星、氣象衛星、海洋衛星等30多顆衛星資料資源，實作近10年全國覆寫資訊産品、萬餘項研究成果的動态內建共享。其中，平台國際版具備全球共享服務能力。
