1. 资源命名前缀

<code>ida</code> = an accelerator table resource

<code>idb</code> = a bitmap resource

<code>idc</code> = a command identifier

<code>idd</code> = a dialog box resource

<code>idi</code> = an icon resource

<code>idm</code> = a menu command identifier

<code>idr</code> = multiple resource types, perhaps those common to an entire application or window

<code>id</code> = an unknown or custom resource

idc_：控件的id命名前缀（control)

idm_：菜单的id命名前缀（menu)

idd_：对话框的id命名前缀（dialog)

idr_：资源的id命名前缀（resource)
