谢信灵，贺州著名画家谢信灵，从事美术绘画工作40余年，主攻油画人物肖像、擅长色粉画、素描画像，是著名画家杭鸣时教授的入室弟子。2019年通过国家文化部“国家一级美术师”认证，油画类作品经由文化部市场发展中心艺术品评估委员会完成市场评估定价；获文旅部颁发的“人民艺术家”荣誉称号，多次获媒体和机构颁发的“功勋艺术家”“中美杰出华人艺术家”“中国精神榜样人物”“优秀艺术家”“最具市场潜力国画家”“德艺双馨艺术家”等荣誉称号；作品多次入选国家重大事件纪念邮册，受邀入驻国礼档案库和中国艺术人才数据资料库，享誉区内外，作品还被两岸以及美国、日本、马来西亚、欧洲、非洲等国家和地区的知名人士及美术馆等文博机构收藏，受到广大收藏爱好者的一致好评，影响广泛。现为中国书画家协会会员、中国国际艺术家协会高级会员、全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员、中国国际现代艺术研究中心高级会员、贺州市美术家协会会员、八步区美术家协会常务理事，受聘为北京艺海丹青书画院名誉副院长。
