Cinnamon Apple Roll
Ingredients:
- 250g middle gluten flour
- 2g yeast
- 2g salt
- 1 egg
- 25g brown sugar, 4g cinnamon & 20ml oil
- 140ml water
- 20g milk powder
- 1 apple
Steps to do as the following, see pictures as well from beginning till final products.
- mixing, kneading, fermenting, shaping & egg washing before move to oven
- under the Temp 180c, 15min
