This wine comes from Château Remy. The winery is located in Healdsburg, California, and was founded in 1996. Founder David Ramey is the first winemaker in California to take whole bunches of fermentation to make Chardonnay and is considered a legend in the local wine industry. When making Chardonnay wines, wineries often don't use too many new oak barrels, but instead emphasize fresh fruit and mineral flavors.
For its outstanding quality, the 2005 vintage received 18/20 praise from master wine master Jancis Robinson, and the 2016 vintage was named 7th among ws's 2019 Top 100 Wines. According to the wine-searcher data survey, this wine is one of the top five best wines in carneros and one of the top ten most popular wines in the region.

Le chiuse is the nobility of Italian wines, whose vineyards belong to the same estate as the old Tuscan wine king biondi santi, and were separated in 1990 to form a separate garden. The winery has a privileged geographical setting, with the region's excellent sangiovese grapes and the most suitable microclimate.
In order to maintain the traditional characteristics of brunello (a variant of sangiovese grapes), the winery has replaced the already old trees in the garden with saplings grafted from old vine vines aged 60 or 70 years old. These vines are excellent varieties carefully selected by the owners of the year, with low yields and the resulting wines are full of flavor and quality. This is a brewer-clifton wine. In 1995, at the Santa Barbara, California, Vintners Association meeting, Greg Brewer and Steve Clifton, two aspiring young men, had a great conversation about the idea of making world-class Pinot Noir wines, so they hit it off, and the two jointly founded Cliff Winery in Santa Rita Hills a year later.
At the 2001 Parker Tasting, Parker praised Château Cliff's wines for their best performance. In 2005, the winery formed its own planting team. In 2012, the winery was completely transformed into a boutique producer of winemaking wines, and all planting and brewing work was taken care of by the winery. Today, Château Crieff is one of the most prominent pinot noir brewers in Mont Santa Rita.

In 1818, Pierre Billecart's son Nicolas-Francois Billecart and his wife Elisabeth Salmon, a loving couple, founded the champagnery out of an incomparable love of champagne. Today, the estate is run by Matthew and Antony Roland Bell, the seventh and eighth generation heirs of the Bell family.
The style of the billecart-salmon is minimalist and gives a sense of peace, while its wine quality not only has considerable power and depth, but also usually blends crystal clarity. This elegance sets Château Salombert apart from the finest wineries.
