After field investigation, it was caused by the discharge of sewage from the construction site into the tributaries along the sand tail. A drainage outlet at the Zhihong School construction site is discharging sewage along the Shawei Chung, causing the river to be contaminated and the sewage to flow to the road surface outside the site, seriously affecting environmental health and traffic safety. On the basis of the above-mentioned illegal acts, the law enforcement departments punished the parties involved and ordered them to stop discharging sewage and clean up the silt and sewage on the road.
