This self-driving trip to Liaoning is along the seashore, so seafood is our first choice for dining. The squid has been creeping on the deep seabed for a long time, and the current season is when it floats to the surface of the sea to feed, that is, when it is fresh on the market. Back to the homestay, according to the fish owner's teachings, braised, cooked is a large basin full, and then with a plate of dry fried small white shrimp, and then to the small supermarket in front of the homestay to buy back a small bottle of two pots. After a few sips of hot wine, the three sisters completely forgot about the sharp teeth and hideous face of the sturgeon and immersed themselves in the delicacy of the trout.

The taste of the sturgeon is really good, the meat is tender, there are fewer spines, especially the tail and fins of the sturgeon, which taste like shark fin soup. Perfect!
