On October 21, Mr. Chen, the owner of a certain enterprise in Shahu Town, Luchuan County, went to the Shahu police station to report that on September 8, his full-time driver Xu Mouqing, without his knowledge, got his mobile phone and password and used mobile banking to transfer 724,500 yuan from his bank card at a time. It is understood that a few years ago, Mr. Chen came from Fujian Province to Luchuan County to run a business. In 2016, under the introduction of one of his compatriots, Xu Mouqing went to work in his company. Because he is a fellow countryman, Mr. Chen trusts Xu Mouqing very much, not only arranges to be a full-time driver around him, but also often lets him use his mobile banking, WeChat, Alipay to pay some small fees, Xu Mouqing mastered Mr. Chen's boot password and mobile banking, WeChat, Alipay password. On September 8, Xu Mouqing secretly obtained Mr. Chen's mobile phone to commit theft, and used mobile banking to transfer 724,500 yuan from Mr. Chen's bank card to his account.
After receiving the report, the leader of the institute quickly arranged for the police to go to the scene to investigate, and at the same time reported to the bureau leaders. In order to solve the case as soon as possible, the bureau organized the criminal investigation brigade, the network security brigade, and other departments to assist in the investigation. According to the analysis of relevant clues, it was determined that Xu Mouqing had left Luchuan County for Fujian Province.
In order to arrest Xu Mouqing as soon as possible, on November 2, the Luchuan County Public Security Bureau dispatched police forces from the Shahu police station, the network security brigade, and the criminal investigation brigade to set up an arrest team and traveled thousands of miles to Fujian Province. After arriving in Fujian Province, the arrest team did not care to rest and carried out investigation work overnight.
On the morning of November 4, after a lot of investigation work, the arresting police locked Xu Mouqing's foothold, and with the full cooperation of the local police, successfully arrested the criminal suspect Xu Mouqing in a hotel in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and recovered the stolen 415,000 yuan and returned it to the victim. After interrogation, the suspect Xu Mouqing confessed to the crime of stealing 724,500 yuan.
At present, the criminal suspect Xu Mouqing has been criminally detained by the public security organs according to law for suspected theft, and the case is under further investigation.
