Starting from the technological transformation project in 2009, they practice the concept of innovative development, basically every year there are many transformation and upgrading projects to promote, from 2004 to 2016 alone in technological transformation and environmental protection upgrade investment of more than 10 billion yuan. In terms of production and operation, they always adhere to the development concept of "preferring not to make money, but also environmental protection and safety", and try their best to do a good job in internal control of enterprises.

In 2016, 1.1 million tons/year diesel hydromodification and supporting hydrogen production projects, 300,000 tons/year naphtha aromatization to aromatic hydrocarbons project two major projects put into use. These projects, with large investment and rapid results, have broken free from the constraints of development for enterprises and ushered in new opportunities.

Today, the industrial output value of Jin'ao Technology has increased by 104.67% year-on-year, the operating income has increased by 109.62% year-on-year, and the tax paid has increased by 84.44% year-on-year, achieving a doubling of sales revenue for three consecutive years.
