The second phase of the Lingchuan Eco-cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone "Three Batches" activity and the construction project of the Jin'ao Dawang Pastoral Complex began

On March 20, the Lingchuan Eco-cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone held the second phase of the "Three Batches" activity in 2021 and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Jin'ao Dawang Pastoral Complex Construction Project.

Wang Li, deputy secretary of the county party committee and acting county governor, attended the ceremony and announced the start of the project. Zhao Xingshun, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the management committee of the Lingchuan Eco-cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone, Bao Yongqing, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and executive deputy director of the Management Committee of the Demonstration Area, Gao Xinliang and Hu Baojin, members of the Party Working Committee and deputy directors of the Management Committee of the Demonstration Area, attended the event, which was presided over by Zhao Xingshun.

It is understood that in the second phase of the "three batches" activity, in terms of signing a batch of projects, 3 investment projects have been signed with a total investment of 201 million yuan; in the start of a batch of projects, 4 projects have been started with a total investment of 465 million yuan; in terms of a batch of projects put into production, as of now, 4 projects have been put into operation with a total investment of 111 million yuan.

Jin'ao Dawang Pastoral Complex Construction Project is located in Dawang Village, Liuquan Township, Lingchuan County, invested and developed by Lingchuan Jin'ao Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 0.5 billion yuan, the project covers an area of about 20 hectares, planning to build an ecological complex integrating green breeding area, characteristic homestay area, ecological conservation area, leisure and entertainment area, and building tourist picking gardens, characteristic cave dwellings, homestay renovation and expansion, leisure fishing ponds, parking lots, forest trails, park landscape leisure and entertainment facilities and other projects. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to accept nearly 20,000 tourists a year, with an annual output of 10,000 kilograms of fruit, an annual income of more than 15 million yuan, and at the same time, it can provide 100 jobs, and drive the development of related industries, continuously enrich the new forms of rural tourism for summer shelter, ecological picking, fishing, leisure and entertainment, and create an ecological leisure tourism area integrating ecological agriculture and sightseeing agriculture.

At the ceremony, Wang Li, on behalf of the county party committee and the county government, congratulated the signing, started construction and put into operation of the project, and thanked the entrepreneurs and people from all walks of life who actively participated in the construction of the Lingchuan Eco-cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone and the transformation and development of Lingchuan.

Wang Li pointed out that the Lingchuan Eco-cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone is the main battlefield of the county's transformation, the reform test field, and the innovation platform, and is an important carrier to promote the accelerated development of the county's cultural tourism and health care industry. The demonstration area should benchmark the strategic positioning of the main engine of the main battlefield of transformation and development, effectively enhance the sense of crisis and competition, continue to deepen the reform of the "three modernizations", and promote new breakthroughs in project construction with greater determination, more vigor and harder measures, and truly build the demonstration area into a "benchmark" demonstration area and a "model" demonstration area for the city's and even the province's cultural, tourism and health care industry. All levels and departments of the county should firmly establish the concept of "one game of chess", support demonstration areas, serve demonstration areas, and jointly build demonstration areas.
