At three o'clock in the morning on November 8, most people were still intoxicated and asleep, and Dong Yonghang, the founder of Shen Baozi in Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, had begun his "Love Breakfast" plan. He led the staff and nearly 30 volunteers to prepare from the early morning, and spent several hours cooking and delivering, sending a total of 1,000 love breakfasts to the epidemic prevention personnel in 30 communities in Dujiangyan. The cold Chengdu, which has just established winter, has also added a touch of warmth.

Love breakfast is given to the frontline staff of epidemic prevention

The idea of sending a love breakfast came to life on November 7th. At 5 p.m., after planning this delivery activity, Dong Yonghang sent out a volunteer solicitation message in the volunteer group and the street group, and the requirements were extremely "harsh": in addition to doing a good job of basic epidemic prevention work, it must be bright green code, must hold a nucleic acid test certificate, and "it is best to have a private car"... But even so, Dong Yonghang quickly recruited nearly thirty volunteers.

At three o'clock in the morning on November 8, some volunteers and staff gathered at the bun shop on time, and together with three soybean milk machines and three steaming steaming machines, they "opened fire" and made a thousand love breakfasts without stopping. When he learned that his father was going to do such a "cool thing", Dong Yonghang's seven-year-old daughter also took the lead in writing greeting cards the night before, and her childish handwriting was full of tributes and love for frontline epidemic prevention personnel.

At five o'clock in the morning, the love breakfast was prepared, and the volunteers drove their own disinfected private cars and spent five hours distributing them to a total of 1,000 epidemic prevention personnel in 30 communities in Dujiangyan. Chen Na, a community epidemic prevention worker in Yongfeng Community, said that Shen Baozi's love breakfast action was an out-and-out "charcoal in the snow". "I really thank the merchants, because we are so busy that we don't have time to eat breakfast, and even many times we can only eat bowls of instant noodles until noon on an empty stomach." Chen Na said, "And the breakfast they sent is very rich, buns, dumplings, tea eggs, everything, even steamed buns are brown sugar." By the way, there are three kinds of light porridge, vegetable porridge, skinned egg lean porridge, and shiitake mushroom porridge. Really, thank them so much. ”

When the reporter contacted Dong Yonghang by phone, he was preparing to send 100 hoof flowers to the police on the front line of epidemic prevention in Dujiangyan on the evening of November 8. He said that he was prepared to do such a love breakfast activity for a week, and if there was still a need after a week, he would continue to do it "until the day the epidemic eased.".
