At that time, the established factory such as Toei Animation was already doing this, and the animation works were handed over to the parent company Toei to operate, although Toei's own business scope was far from limited to animation. One of the early prototype ideas of the animation industry's now rotten multiple contracting structure is this, which was actually originally intended to borrow from the film industry, and the studio should not sell the film directly to the TV station. The film industry is not a studio directly selling finished products to the cinema, there is a step in the middle called rationing is distribution, the most profitable big man in the film industry is the distribution company layer.
The founder of the Tokyo film is Named Rei Fujioka, and he has an acquaintance in Toei Animation, Daiyoshiro Kumabe, who has just become independent, and Fujioka wants to take the opportunity to take him to the account, but the people don't want to do it. This studio was the one that later became a cutting-edge animation, the one that made Doraemon, but that's not what we're going to say.
In 1968, tokyo films started the idea of Lupin III's animation, and of course, it also pulled up a studio. Originally, there was not much planning, so I planned to make a short film to be released by Toho, only as a subsidiary work that was bundled with which masterpiece.
But before talking to Toho, there was a problem with the original author. The original author said that you know what is called youth manga, I have never made any plans to have anything to do with animation when I embarked on this road, and told you that I have been unhappy with animation for a long time.

This is the idea that modern audiences do not understand smoothly at the first time, and it is not natural to find a TV station at the beginning to animate. This delay is another two years, and a TV version of the sample must be improved. The original work is a youth manga, and the audience group envisioned by the animation is also very old, and Osumi wants to do what he thinks is a kind of art work, not only the elementary school audience he can't even look at the middle school students. The contradiction between art and business is a subject that has never been extinct in similar industries, but this time it is obviously going to the extreme. Osumi is a front-line producer who really only has to think about the work itself, and Fujioka as the operator has no complete support for him, which is an example of a good boss who wants to thank the grace of knowledge, and it is really a death to the company.
