At the same time, prefabricated small box girders, steel-concrete combination beams, steel box girders transport hoisting weight of 50 tons to 160 tons, lifting weight greater than 30 tons, transportation and hoisting process may have a certain safety risk to the surrounding construction operations, ground bridges, etc.

"In order to improve the construction efficiency, the engineering and technical department actively optimizes the construction organization according to the design drawings, designs different steel mold frames, completes the lashing and welding of all steel bars on the mold frame according to the design size and spacing, and uses large tonnage cranes for overall lifting; the top of the formwork is installed according to different models of special operating platforms, which is convenient for workers to connect and pour reinforcement on the platform, which greatly improves work efficiency."
