The conference deliberated and adopted the "Work Report of the Seventh Member Congress of Shanghai Dancers Association" made by Xin Lili, the sixth chairman of the Shanghai Dancers Association. Xin Lili was re-elected as the seventh chairman of the Shanghai Dancers Association, Zhu Jiejing, Li Ying, Yang Xinhua, Wu Jie, Wu Husheng, Zhang Yuzhao, Chen Feihua, Chen Jianian, Huang Doudou and Dong Lin were elected as vice chairmen (in order of surname strokes), and Shu Qiao, Lin Yangyang, Ling Guiming and Chen Baihua were hired as consultants.
In addition to Xin Lili, director of the Shanghai Ballet, Chen Feihua, director of the Shanghai Song and Dance Troupe, and other major organizers of the Shanghai dance circle, there are many dancers familiar to the audience in this presidium, such as Zhu Jiejing, the heroine of the Shanghai Song and Dance Troupe's "Immortal Electric Wave" and "Crested Ibis", Wu Husheng, chief of the Shanghai Ballet, and Huang Doudou, a famous dancer.

Shanghai is half of Chinese dance and has an important position in the history of the development of New Chinese dance. Especially in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, several generations of dancers have shouldered the mission of moving from Shanghai to the whole country and the world.
