On July 6, the city's credit-themed short film "Where My Heart Returns" was officially launched in Dongzi Culture Street Movie Town. The film is the second credit-themed film work created and filmed in our city this year.

"Where My Heart Returns" is written by Xie Yongmin and Shi Yong, local writers in our city, and is based on the true story of Wang Cheng, a citizen of Qihe, who volunteered to take care of the widowed and elderly Dong Yuying. When he was in elementary school, Wang Cheng made a promise to the elderly to "take care of him for a lifetime", and when he grew up, he did not hesitate to act and fulfill his promise. Over the past 31 years, Wang Cheng's act of volunteering to take care of the lonely and widowed elderly has touched the society, and he has been awarded the honorary titles of Top Ten Outstanding Youth Volunteers in Shandong Province and Moral Model of Dezhou City.

It is understood that the film is produced by the Dezhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, filmed and produced by Shandong Star Feeling Film Co., Ltd., and assisted by Shandong Maoyuan Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. On the same day, the famous film performance artists Xie Fang and Zhang Mu appeared at the launching ceremony and will perform together.

"The story of the protagonist Wang Cheng taking care of the widowed and the elderly for more than 30 years is a model of the 'Dayi Qi River'. The film recreates this personal story of a promise and a lifetime of perseverance, hoping to play a leading role in promoting the society to be virtuous and good, and to see the wise and the wise.
