After more than two years, the "Zhang Qigan Memorial Anthology" produced by the Editing and Publishing Center of Dongguan Newspaper Media Group and published by Guangdong Economic Publishing House was recently put into printing. The book is one of the series of books "Dongguan History and Culture Album" created by the Dongguan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Dongguan has a long history, since the Song and Yuan Dynasties, talents have emerged, and it is an important cultural town in southern Guangdong. In recent years, the CPPCC has united all parties to devote itself to the collation of literary and historical materials, collecting the works of well-known scholars and artists from Guanzhou, and extending the pulse of the literature of the township and state.

Zhang Qigan (1859-1946), the original character Ruxiang, changed to Yuquan, the late Luofu Yu Daoren, also known as Lingnan Chuansuo, Dongguan Huangcun Shuiwei people, Dongguan scholar of the late Qing Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, and Chen Botao's name in the late Qing Dynasty, with the name of poetry in contemporary times, and made great contributions in the collation, preservation, and circulation of township literature. This book brings together the commemorative articles of Zhang Qigan's five generations of descendants, spanning up to 100 years; it also includes experts and scholars' poetics and his contributions to the collation and circulation of township literature.

The articles included in this book mainly include: "The Story of The First Yan Zhang Qigan" written by Zhang Jingfeng, the sixth son of Zhang Qigan, the "Family Strict Affair Strategy" written by Zhang Jinghan, the third son of Zhang Qigan, the "Traces of the Visit of the Three Jins of Yunshan" written by Zhang Jingyi, the twelfth son of Zhang Qigan, "The Bumpy Life of The Ancestors of The Ancestors of Zhang Qigan" and "The Life of Zhang Qigan in Shanghai", "Distant Ancestors and Fathers" written by Zhang Qigan's grandson Zhang Qigan, and "The Remains of the Visit of the Three Jins in Yunshan" written by Zhang Qigan's great-granddaughter Shi Shuyi; and the "Distant Ancestors and Fathers" written by Zhang Qigan's grandson Zhang Qigan. "Zhang Qigan and His Poems" written by Yang Baolin, a well-known scholar in Dongguan, "Zhang Qigan's Collation of Dongguan Township Documents" written by Yang Quan, professor of Sun Yat-sen University, "Treasures of Famous Mountains, Poets' Mental History - A Preliminary Study of Zhang Qigan and His Poems" written by Wang Mengchuan, a scholar at Nankai University, "The Exploration of Dongguan Poetry - Zhang Qigan's poetry <> and < Yinzhiju's Poetry >" written by Dr. Cheng Zhongshan of the University of Chinese of Hong Kong At the end, there is also the "Zhang Qigan Chronicle" collected and sorted by Zhang Qigan's great-grandson Zhang Dexiong, which records Zhang Qigan's important life deeds and works in chronological order and with specific events as nodes.

Zhang Qigan died at the age of 88, and he worked tirelessly and wrote books. "Yu quan 'poetry', alone in Lingnan", his poetry is quite famous in the history of Dongguan literature. Today, among Zhang Qigan's descendants, there are not many people who have personal contact with Zhang Qigan and are still alive, and they have reached their old age. It is very rare for these people to personally tell Zhang Qigan's life and personality in his later years, and to write articles to commemorate him. In another ten or twenty years, I am afraid that no one will be able to write such an article again. Therefore, the publication of this book is timely, and at the same time, its rich historical value is of great significance for promoting and inheriting the traditional culture of Dongguan, which is another major contribution made by the CPPCC in the collation of township documents.
