1. After the pig's trotters are cut into pieces and washed, blanched in water, boiled in bloody water, and after the water is boiled, the pig's trotters are fished out and the foam is washed off

2. Put the pig's trotters into a pressure cooker, add wine, soy sauce, salt, star anise, ginger and simmer together, and choose a grade of pig's trotters/beans in the electric pressure cooker
