Savills signed a contract with Kaitai Bank for the Expo to release customized services for bay area enterprises

On November 7, Savills, a commercial real estate agency, released the "360° Headquarters Asset Customization Service for Bay Area Enterprises" for the first time at the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE). On the same day, Savills signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kaitai Bank of Thailand to provide a number of services in real estate transactions, project management, property leasing and sales for the landing and operation of The Commercial Headquarters project of Kaitai Bank.

In December last year, Savills acted as the exclusive agent of Kaitai Bank to facilitate the purchase of China Resources Land's Sungang Centre project. According to the surging news, Kaitai Bank spent more than 600 million yuan to buy the 7-story building of Sungang Center, at the same time, Kaitai Bank officially landed its Chinese headquarters in Shenzhen, becoming the only ASEAN investment bank with Shenzhen as its headquarters.

"In the past few years, the attractiveness of the entire Greater Bay Area has become more and more sufficient, on the one hand, the endogenous growth of enterprises in the Greater Bay Area has grown rapidly, on the other hand, many foreign enterprises have a common demand for the development of the Greater Bay Area, that is, to set up a headquarters in the Greater Bay Area such as Shenzhen." Wu Rui, managing director of Savills Shenzhen, said in an interview with The Paper after the meeting.
