At the meeting, the China Children's Mercy Association released the "Starlink Star" Children's Autism Autonomous Project, with the goal of promoting the benign and diversified development of autism charity in China's social organizations, and is committed to the needs of the physical and mental development and rehabilitation of autistic children aged 0-18 in China. The project will integrate diversified resources, use advanced scientific and technological achievements, from front-end interdisciplinary scientific research and development, data center, clinical assistance, policy advocacy promotion, to the project mid-term rehabilitation of autistic children integrated training, teacher training, family education, integrated education support, linkage project back-end fundraising assistance, brand communication, care support, incubation talent training, partner capacity building, etc. to carry out charity platform coverage, participate in the guidance and support of the whole life cycle project in the field of autism.

The conference also launched two key sub-projects of "Starlink", namely the first intelligent technology charity project in China, "Children Who Explore stars with AI", and the first public welfare cluster persuasion plan for children with autism, "Full of Stars".

It is reported that the Potential Juvenile Medical Education Center (hereinafter referred to as "Potential Juvenile" or CEC) is a key introduction project of the Putian Municipal Government of Fujian Province, jointly established by the Swiss International Medical Center (SIMC®) and the Swiss Institution of Lavigny (hereinafter referred to as "Lavigny"), serving the autism pedigree disorder (ASD) group, a state-owned holding institution integrating diagnostic evaluation, medical rehabilitation, education and training, employment support, scientific research and development.
