1: Prepare a bowl of potato starch and pour it into a container, then add a bowl and a half of water to the same size bowl just now.
The ratio of potato starch to water here is 1 to 1.5, if it is too thin, it will not make a skin, and if it is too thick, the powder skin made is relatively hard and not delicious.
After the starch water is stirred well, add salt and continue to stir well. Then let it sit for about 10 minutes
2: Heat a large pot of water in a pot and pour a small spoonful of starch water into the cool leather gong gong
Then swing well by hand, let the pulp cover the entire plate, and place directly in a pot of boiling water
When the mortar in the gong is heated on the boiling water and the color turns white and solidifies, put the gong into the boiling water. This allows it to be heated up and down until it is steamed until it is largely soaked in the gong and then cooked.
Directly take out the gong and put it in the cold water basin prepared in advance, and when it cools, you can peel the powder skin.

After the powder skin is ready, change the water soak twice, so that the good powder skin will be more tendonous
3: Get down and start seasoning.
Cut the powder into strips and place in a bowl, then add shredded cucumber, millet pepper, salt, garlic water, vinegar water, soy sauce, a few drops of mustard oil, and finally chili oil.
Well, our potato flour skin is ready, there is no need for alum, alum and alum those additives, you can make it at home. The resulting skin looks very soft, but it tastes strong and tastes very good.
