(4) The specific time is not set in stone and should be judged according to the actual state. Cook until thick bubbles bubble up in the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes. Scooping up the juice with a spoon can clearly feel thickened, and the dripping juice on the spoon has slowed down. And the residual juice on the back of the spoon can be kneaded by hand into a gelatinous shape, at which time the heat can be turned off.
