The origin of frozen top oolong tea
Legend has it that more than 100 years ago, in Lugu Township, Nantou County, Taiwan Province, there lived a hard-working and studious young man named Lin Fengchi, who was knowledgeable, healthy and ambitious, and loved his motherland very much. He can't remember what year it was, but when he heard that Fujian Province was going to hold the imperial examination, he wanted to try it, but his family was poor and lacked travel expenses, so he couldn't make the trip. The villagers like Lin Fengchi as a person with integrity, knowledge, ambition, and ambition, and when they learned that he wanted to go to Fujian to take the exam, they met up and ran to him and said, "Fengchi, it is a good thing that you want to go to the exam!" Go, there are difficulties, everyone help you, you don't have to worry, hurry up and get ready! After saying that, everyone generously donated money and gave Lin Fengchi enough travel expenses. Lin Fengchi was very grateful, and on the third day, he bid farewell to the villagers and went on the road. When they were about to leave, the villagers went to the beach and repeatedly told them: "I wish you a smooth journey, and be more careful on the road!" "No matter how you get the test, you have to come back!" "Don't forget your hometown and folks, we look forward to your return!" Lin Fengchi was moved to tears, and secretly made up his mind that he must win glory for the villagers.

Soon, Lin Fengchi was indeed named on the gold list, was admitted to the lifting and took up a position in the county court. One day, Lin Fengchi decided to return to Taiwan to visit his relatives, and invited his colleagues to visit Wuyi Mountain before returning to Taiwan. On the mountain, only to see "Wuyi landscape and water in the world, thousands of peaks and sculptures are beautiful". There are a lot of tea trees growing between the rocks on the mountain, and I heard that the young leaves on the tree are made of oolong tea, fragrant and mellow, and the long-term service has the effects of blindness, refreshing, diuretic, degreasing, stomach, strengthening the body, etc., so I want to bring some back to Taiwan, so I bought 36 tea seedlings from the local tea farmers, carefully wrapped in soil, and brought it to Nantou County, Taiwan. The villagers were overjoyed to see Fengchi yi return to Jinxiang, and they were particularly excited to see him bring the Oolong Taimiao that was planted from fujian. They selected a few experienced old farmers, carefully planted 36 tea seedlings on the highest frozen mountain nearby, and sent special personnel to carefully manage them. Coupled with the mild climate in Taiwan, the tea seedlings are alive and well, constantly spitting out green and oily young shoots, which is very cute. Then, according to the method introduced by Lin Fengchi, people picked buds and leaves and processed them into oolong tea. This tea is also strange to say, the mountain is picked, the mountain smells fragrant, and it is delicious to drink, mellow and sweet, the smell is strange, and it has become the leader of the unique charm in oolong tea, which is the origin of the "frozen top oolong" in Taiwan Province today.

Frozen top oolong is alpine tea, the soup color is orange-yellow, very transparent and clear, and there is a sweet taste after the entrance. The fake tea soup is dull in color, and there is residue in the tea soup, which looks like the color is not transparent enough.
