In order to improve the quality of tea, the tea area of Lugu Township, Nantou County, the birthplace of Taiwan's frozen-top oolong tea, has been transferred to tea farms with higher altitudes in neighboring townships, and most of the tea areas are currently above 1,000 meters above sea level. According to local farmers, as the altitude increases, the climate and other conditions change, the quality of frozen top oolong tea will improve.
