Today (August 28), the China-Japan-Korea Child-Friendly Painting Exhibition was launched online. 300 original paintings of the friends are transformed into clickable web pages through digital technology and are available for children around the world to enjoy in the form of a "cloud exhibition". In addition to the online painting exhibition, shanghai friends can also watch the exhibition offline. From September 1 to 30, the paintings will be on display in the sunken plaza of the new building of the Children's Palace of the China Welfare Association.
Miyamoto Hikari, a Japanese child who has been interested in painting since he was 3 years old, said that in the days when he can't meet everyone, through painting and appreciating paintings by one person, he will be able to become active and expand his thinking, hoping that in the future, he can create paintings that transmit energy to others. "After the epidemic is over, we will draw and play together!" The young Korean painter Kim Ji-won extended an invitation to everyone with a bright smile. Tao Yanlin from Shanghai painted the Huangpu River with a paintbrush, hoping that after the epidemic is over, he will guide everyone and take everyone to see the beauty of the Huangpu River in Shanghai and eat crab powder cages.
Representatives of the participating young painters connected by video in Shanghai, China, Fukuoka, Japan, and Busan, South Korea, and the opening ceremony of the online China-Japan-Korea Child-Friendly Painting Exhibition was broadcast live, realizing a "hand in the air" for children to form friendship in special periods. Korean children brought singing, piano performance, etc., Japanese children performed drumming at the Games, taking everyone to relive the Olympic spirit of "faster, higher, stronger and more united", accompanied by folk music such as Zhongruan, Erhu, bamboo flute, guzheng, pipa, etc., and China's children completed wonderful calligraphy works and paper-cutting works.
The theme of this year's painting exhibition is "Imagination in the Post-epidemic Era", after careful selection by professional judges, 300 excellent works were selected from nearly 10,000 works, and the young painters used innocent and enthusiastic brushstrokes to depict the beautiful world after the epidemic, expressing their love for life, their vision for the future and their determination to defeat the epidemic. These works are presented to everyone in the online 3D exhibition hall of the Children's Palace of the China Welfare Association, hoping that more people can feel the sincere emotions and positive strength of the children through the paintings.
Since its inception in 2013, the China-Japan-Rok Children's Friendly Painting Exhibition has played a role in building bridges of friendship and strengthening international cultural exchanges. This year's 9th China-Japan-Korea Child-Friendly Painting Exhibition was held, with more than 10,000 children and teenagers participating. The exhibition is co-sponsored by the Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Bibo Association of Japanese social education groups, the Busan International Exchange Foundation of South Korea, and the Children's Palace of the China Welfare Association.
