Every day I was emotionally anxious, I couldn't concentrate on anything, and I was procrastinating in the face of many tasks. I bought a bunch of books like "Self-Help Manual for Procrastinators", but because of procrastination, I haven't opened it and read it
I added many articles similar to "It's Not Too Late to Start Changing Myself Today" to my favorites, but the article has been eating ash in the collection and has never been opened to see.
In fact, there is a good way to improve procrastination, useful and simple to cure, but few people have paid attention to and understood, that is, meditation.

Meditation has never been a theology, not a dross, not a superstition. Meditation is a real form of still exercise that can help people improve their own state of mind, calm their mood, and cultivate concentration and execution.
Of course, as an ordinary person, it is impossible to achieve transcendence. There is no need to go deep into meditation specifically, which is likely to go astray and be more anxious. You only need to meditate for five minutes a day, either in the morning just getting up or at night before going to bed. Or if you don't want to take a nap at noon and feel tired in the afternoon, you can meditate for ten minutes and wake up for an afternoon.
Before meditating, set a gentle alarm clock for ten minutes, that is, you can wake yourself up without being frightened, find a comfortable quiet place, and sit down. It is not necessary to cross your legs, but make sure that the posture is comfortable and not awkward. Close your eyes and empty your brain. Then start to forget everything, focus on your own breath, inhale, exhale, and pay attention to the only thing that needs to be thought about
If you feel that you can't get into the state, you can find light music, which can be white noise or bells and drums. Calming music can help to get into a calm meditative state.
At the beginning of meditation, in order to calm down your mind, you only need to pay attention to the breath, if you slowly find the state, you can try to "advance", first empty the brain, and then add some "things" in the brain
First imagine a mushroom in your mind, next to the mushroom is the grass, the green grass is still about to fall dew, there may be a little wind, the green grass is slightly shaking, there are dead trees on the ground, then there must be shrubs and trees, there are shrubs and woods, there are insects, is there still a need for a stream. In this way, a forest appeared in the mind.
Or the beach, which has been in a good mood lately and wants to feel the warmth of the sun. Then imagine a sandy field, the sea water lapping at the beach again and again, making a rushing sound, will there be a coconut tree, the coconut is ripe, and the bang falls to the ground. It's a great view of the beach
This is advanced meditation, it sounds simple, but it is not easy to do, when you can imagine such a beautiful scene, I believe that your procrastination will be cured, and no longer anxious, enjoy a beautiful day!
Daily meditation is really a good habit
