● The "four-quadrant" method
1, important and urgent, do it immediately
2, important but not urgent, have a plan to do
3, not important but urgent, leave it to others to do, use the "monkey rule"
4, not important and not urgent, try not to do it
●The principle of use of the "four quadrants" method:
1. Judge the importance of the matter according to your own professional values;
2. Judge the urgency of the matter according to the time deadline of the matter;
3. Classify all items in the to-do list into the four quadrants;
4. Adopt different principles and methods for handling matters in different quadrants in the four quadrants;

1. At the beginning of each day, plan several tasks to be completed today, and write the tasks in the list one by one (or in the software list)
2. Set your Pomodoro clock (timer, software, alarm clock, etc.) for 25 minutes.
3. Start completing the first task until the Pomodoro bell rings or reminds you (25 minutes).
4. Stop working and draw an x after the task in the list.
5, rest for 3 to 5 minutes, activities, drinking water, convenience and so on.
6. Start the next Pomodoro and continue the task. Cycle through until the task is completed and cross it out in the list.
7. After every four Pomodoros, rest for 25 minutes.
In the process of a pomodoro, if you suddenly remember what to do —
If you have to do it immediately, stop the Pomodoro and declare it null and void (even if there are 5 minutes left to finish), to complete the matter, and then start the same Pomodoro again;
If you don't have to do it right away, mark the task in the list with a comma (indicating interruption), write the event down in another list (e.g. called an unplanned event), and then complete the Pomodoro.

● Keeping track of your time: Lyubishev's time management method
● Constant review and summary

o Knowledge knowledge
You think you can make good use of your time, but in reality your time is very trivially divided. You often underestimate the time it takes to get the job done and fail to get things done first. Therefore, your first priority is to manage your time.
o Attitude attitude
Time is a precious and scarce resource, and if you waste time, you can't do anything well. Time management, on the other hand, is a skill that can be learned.
o skill skills
1. Record the actual use of time and analyze where you use your time;
2. Eliminate the waste of time caused by poor organization or system design;
3. Arrange a complete block of time to do the work that really matters;
4. Prioritize important things and do only one thing at a time.
o Habit habits
Regularly record and analyze your time and work plans, review them frequently, exclude unimportant things, and prioritize tasks.
