Recently, Yang Jun, assistant goalkeeper coach of Tianjin TEDA, was interviewed by "New Horizons in Sports", talking about his feelings after joining TEDA and his current stage of work.
First of all, I feel like I have returned to 13 years ago, and I feel like I have returned home from the roots of the fallen leaves, and I am very grateful to the leaders of TEDA Club and the coaching staff for their trust in me.
It is mainly to assist Wang Yi in the training work in this regard. Because Wang Zhi is an old coach and my old predecessor, he has accumulated a lot of experience in coaching work, and I also work while learning from him.
After leaving TEDA, I joined Guangzhou Evergrande, had some good training, and I was also taking some notes. Until 2018 and 2019, his identity became a player and coach in the past two years, which also laid a good foundation for future coaching.
Starting from the second phase in Thailand, including the training in Kunming, the two stages include the present, and we basically have exchanges every day except for the rest time. Especially since I just retired at the end of last year, I now have some technical moves in training, and I can even give them some demonstrations. I also want them to improve themselves as much as possible through training, to be able to extend their sports life, and to contribute to the club for a few more years.
Tianjin is a place where you will go out, and the young players should be able to understand such a history. From now on, we should have this self-confidence, and we also need to have this responsibility to inherit the tradition.
