In view of the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection, the Measures for the Administration of Food Recalls and other laws and regulations, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the relevant municipal (state) market supervision departments to investigate and deal with them according to law. The market supervision departments of Guiyang City, Zunyi City, Liupanshui City, Bijie City, Qiannan Prefecture and Qianxian Prefecture have urged food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, and analyze the reasons for rectification; the market supervision departments of Guiyang City, Zunyi City, Anshun City, Bijie City, and Qiannan Prefecture have urged the relevant units in the food business link to immediately take measures such as removing the shelves to control risks.

Some of the sub-knowledge of the unqualified inspection items

a. Alcohol content: refers to the number of milliliters containing ethanol (alcohol) in 100 ml of liquor at 20 °C. The reason for the unqualified alcohol content may be that the production process control of the enterprise is not strict or the production process level is low, and the alcohol content cannot be effectively controlled; the inspection capacity of the production enterprise is insufficient, resulting in the deviation of the inspection results.

b. Acid price: mainly reflects the degree of rancidity of oils and fats in food. The aldehydes, ketones and acids produced when the standard is serious will destroy the fat-soluble vitamins, and long-term intake will have a certain impact on health, resulting in gastrointestinal discomfort.

c. Peroxide value: mainly reflects whether the oil and fat in the food are oxidized and deteriorated. The reason for the unqualified peroxide value may be that the production enterprise does not strictly control the raw materials, uses inferior raw materials for production, or the production process of the enterprise is not up to standard, so that the final product grease is oxidized, or it may be caused by improper storage and transportation conditions of the product.

D, lead: is a chronic and cumulative poison, after entering the human body, a small part will be excreted with the body's metabolism, most of which will be deposited in the body, may endanger the nervous system and other physical health.

e, aluminum residue: is a commonly used leavening agent and stabilizer in food processing, after use to produce aluminum residue. Long-term intake of aluminum residues exceeding the standard of food, may affect the body's absorption of iron, calcium and other nutrients, resulting in osteoporosis, anemia, etc., and even affect the development of nerve cells.

f. Total number of colonies: it is an indicative microbial indicator, which is mainly used to evaluate food cleanliness and reflect whether the food meets the sanitary requirements in the production process. The reason why the total number of colonies exceeds the standard may be that the initial number of raw materials used by the enterprise is high, or the sanitary conditions of the production and processing process are not strictly controlled according to the requirements, or the cleaning and disinfection of packaging containers is not in place, and it may also be related to the lax sealing of product packaging and improper control of storage and transportation conditions.

g. Pseudomonas aeruginosa: it is a conditional pathogenic bacteria, widely distributed in various water, air, normal human skin, respiratory tract and intestines. It is easy to survive in a humid environment, has a strong resistance to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc., and has health risks for people with weak resistance. The main reasons for the unqualified Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water may be improper protection of source water and contamination of water bodies; poor hygiene control during production, and direct contact with the inner wall of drinking water or containers by unpasteurized hands of practitioners; or defective cleaning and disinfection of packaging materials.
