1: Add low gluten flour and butter softened at room temperature to the basin.
2. Roll into crumbs.
3: 10 g egg yolk plus 30 g water, 1 g salt, sugar a, mix into egg yolk water.

5: Pour in the yolk liquid and knead into a dough.
6: Put the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.
7: Put a plastic wrap on top of and below the dough and roll out the dough across the plastic wrap.
8: Spread the dough into a 5-inch pie plate, fit it all around, and roll out the excess dough with a rolling stick.
9. Use a fork or toothpick to tie a small hole in the pie skin to avoid swelling on the pie skin during the baking process.
10. Put tin foil on the pie skin and press stones or beans.
11: Preheat oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
12: Beat the softened butter b with a manual whisk until it is creamy.
13: Add powdered sugar b and beat well.
14: Add the egg mixture 3 times, beat well each time and then add the next time until it is completely mixed.
15: Add almond flour and mix well, and the almond cream filling will be ready.
16: Prepare 5-6 figs, as shown in the figure.
17: When the tarpy is slightly warm, spread the almond cream filling evenly on the tarp.
18. Spread the fig slices.
19: Put in the preheated 165 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.
