Pay attention to food safety and stay away from health hazards
1. The flower nail, chloramphenicol (measured value: 538 μg/kg, food safety standards stipulate that "shall not be detected") operated and sold by Xu Jingjin in the east district of Guiling Town, Babu District, Hezhou City do not meet the national food safety and related standards;
Chloramphenicol (cap) is a very effective broad-spectrum antibiotic commonly used to prevent and treat diseases in animals and has been widely used in aquaculture. In recent years, studies have found that chloramphenicol has the possibility of mutagenic and cancerous changes, has a serious toxic reaction to the human hematopoietic system and digestive system, it can enter the environment in the form of excretion and water discharge through livestock and poultry and aquatic product disease treatment, and may be enriched into persistent pollutants in the organism, causing harm to human health through the food chain. In recent years, the state has banned drugs such as chloramphenicol for all food animals.
2. He Jianyang, the market in the east district of Guiling Town, Babu District, Hezhou City, operates and sells ginger, lead (measured in pb, measured value: 1.58mg/kg, food safety standard value ≤0.1mg/kg) does not meet the national food safety and related standards;
Lead (in pb), lead is a common heavy metal element pollutant, can seriously endanger human health. Long-term consumption of food with excessive lead may cause damage to the human blood system and nervous system, especially on children's growth and intellectual development. The National Standard for Food Safety stipulates that the maximum limit value of lead (in pb) in fresh vegetables (except brass, leafy vegetables, legumes and potatoes) is 0.1mg/kg. The reason why the detection value of lead (in pb) in ginger exceeds the standard may be that it enriches the lead element in the environment during its growth.
3. Tilapia, furazolidone metabolite (measured value: 81.5 μg/kg, food safety standards stipulate that "shall not be detected") operated and sold by Xu Jingjin in the east district of Guiling Town, Babu District, Hezhou City, do not meet the national food safety and related standards;
Furazolidone metabolite, furazolidone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the nitrofuran class, widely used in livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Nitrofurans and their metabolites can cause disabilities such as hemolytic anemia, polyneurosis, eye damage and acute liver necrosis and cause harm to human health, and have carcinogenic and teratogenic side effects on the human body. The Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods (Announcement No. 235 of the Ministry of Agriculture) stipulates that furazolidone is a prohibited drug, and the original drug and metabolites shall not be detected in animal food. Nitrofuran prototype drugs are rapidly metabolized in living organisms, and are quite stable in combination with proteins, so the detection of their metabolites is often used to reflect the residual status of nitrofurans. The reason for the non-conformity may be the illegal use of furan drugs by aquatic product farmers in order to prevent the illness of fish, shrimp and other diseases in the process of aquaculture, resulting in the detection of furazolidone metabolites in aquatic products.
4. The residual amount of fritters and aluminum (dry samples, measured in al, measured value: 334mg/kg, food safety standard value ≤ 100mg/kg) processed and sold by Wanggao Hefu Restaurant in Pinggui District, Hezhou City does not meet the national food safety and related standards;
5. The residual amount of fritters and aluminum (dry samples, measured in al, measured value: 564mg/kg, food safety standard value ≤100mg/kg) processed and sold by Wanggao Changwang Bun Shop in Pinggui District does not meet the national food safety and related standards;
6. The residual amount of fritters and aluminum (dry samples, measured in al, measured value: 286mg/kg, food safety standard value ≤100mg/kg) processed and sold by Yimangui Catering Shop in Babu District, Hezhou City does not meet the national food safety and related standards;
The residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in al terms), potassium aluminum sulfate (aka potassium alum), ammonium aluminum sulfate (aka ammonium alum) is a commonly used leavening agent and stabilizer in food processing, which produces aluminum residues after use. There are currently no reports suggesting that the average person ingesting aluminum through the food route can cause acute poisoning, and the main toxicity of aluminum is neurotoxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity. According to the national standard "National Standard for Food Safety" (gb 2760-2014), the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, calculated as al) in fried noodle products shall not exceed 100mg/kg. The reason why the residual amount of aluminum exceeds the standard may be that individual production and operation enterprises use aluminum-containing additives in excess of the limit and scope in the production and processing process in order to increase the taste of the product, or the aluminum content in the compound additives used is too high.
7. Bingfeng Cold Powder Smoothie (330ml) and Alitian (measured value: 1.97g/kg, food safety standard value of 0.1g/kg) produced and sold by Bingfeng Beverage Factory≤ in Etang Town, Pinggui District, Hezhou City, do not meet the national food safety and related standards;
Ali sweetener is a dipeptide sweetener with a sweetness of more than 2000 times that of sucrose, and is stable under conditions such as acid and heat. Some drinks with ali sweet will appear some mismatched after long storage, and sensory analysis has found a pronounced sulfur taste. The safety of synthetic sweeteners has been studied by a number of studies at home and abroad, as long as the manufacturers use them in strict accordance with the standards stipulated by the state and are correctly marked on the food labels, the health of consumers will not cause harm. However, if it is used in excess, it will endanger human health, and this harm will be more significant in the elderly, children, pregnant women and other groups with weak metabolic detoxification ability, so the country has strictly regulated the scope and dosage of sweeteners, limiting the amount of sweeteners in food processing.
8. Cobike Sprite fries (20 grams of puffed food) produced by Zhongnan Food Factory in Chao'an District, Chaozhou City, and operated and sold by Longxiang Wholesale Department of Huilong Town, Zhongshan County, do not meet the national food safety and related standards at acid prices (5.7mg/g in terms of fat, 5.7mg/g, food safety standards specify a value of ≤5mg/g);
Acid price (in terms of fat), acid price mainly reflects the degree of rancidity of oil in food. Excessive acid prices in foods will produce a harrah's taste. The reasons for the excessive acid price are: the procurement of raw materials is not strict, such as the raw material moisture of edible vegetable oil, fried food and nut products is too high, which will accelerate the rancidity of oils and fats; the production process is not up to standard; the storage conditions of products are improper, especially in the summer, the climate environment affects the factors are greater, which can easily lead to oxidative rancidity of fat in food. Long-term intake of aldehydes and ketones produced by oleotic rancidity will have a certain impact on health, but in general, consumers can clearly distinguish their odors such as hala during use, and they need to avoid eating.
9. Shangpin black tea (200 grams) produced by Guijiang Tea Factory in Zhaoping County and operated and sold by Wanggao Flower Fairy Shop in Pinggui District, Hezhou City, does not meet the provisions of national food safety and related standards for water amine thiophos (measured value: 0.29mg/kg, food safety standards specifying a value of ≤0.05mg/kg);
Hydroamine thion is an organophosphorus insecticide that combines gastric toxicity and egg killing, and is mainly used to control pests in fruit trees, rice and cotton. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (gb 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of amine thiophos in tea is 0.05mg/kg. A small amount of pesticide residues will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with excessive pesticide residues has a certain impact on human health. The excessive water amine thiophos in tea may be caused by the lack of strict implementation of the drug suspension period in the tea planting process, or the excessive application of pesticides.
