Zhang Zhengguang is an agricultural scientist and family planning propagandist of the Black Mountain Village Committee of Jijie Town, Xundian County; since joining the party, he has never forgotten his original mission and always thought of his father and fellow countrymen. Located at the junction of Xundian, Fumin and Luxun counties, the Black Mountain Village Committee is the forefront and key node of epidemic prevention and control in Jijie Town and even Xundian County.
After the outbreak of the epidemic prevention and control war, Zhang Zhengguang stepped forward at the first time, took the initiative to report to the village committee, submitted a letter of request to the general branch of the party, and actively asked the first batch to go to the quarantine point of Dayakou, which was high and windy and the conditions were bad. After arriving at the post, because the quarantine point had just been established and the quarantine facilities were incomplete, he took the initiative to make signs and improve the relevant facilities and equipment.
Patiently remind the passing masses to wear masks, seriously inquire and register the whereabouts of vehicles, and disinfect and kill at the intersection of the village on time... When he was on duty at the quarantine point, he and his colleagues threw themselves into the battle, circling the prevention and control axis all day long, and the first battle was more than 10 days, firmly planting the party flag on the da yakou at an altitude of 2310 meters. In the face of the Miao people coming and going, Zhang Zhengguang always rushed to the front to do work and explained the relevant policies and measures for epidemic prevention and control to everyone. "I can speak Hmong dialect, I'll tell them, they can understand." This is the sentence he said most to his colleagues when he rushed to be a propagandist for epidemic prevention and control.

Stick to your post with illness and fight until the last moment
In the early morning of February 16, with a fierce wind and ice and rain, Zhang Zhengguang, who was supposed to rest at home on a rotation, felt unwell, but he was still ready to go out to the Quarantine Point of Dayakou on duty.
"You may be sick, let's go to the hospital, prescribe some medicine or injections, and rest at home today." His wife, Ma Meizhen, saw that his face was not good, and was still trying to persuade him when she left.
"Now the task of epidemic prevention and control in the village is heavy, everyone else is on the front line, as a party member, I can't be left behind!" Zhang Zhengguang insisted that he was fine, waited for this time to say, and said goodbye to his wife and hurried to the front line of epidemic prevention and control.
At about 5 p.m. on the same day, Zhang Zhengguang felt unwell again, and Ma Dejin, director of the Black Mountain Village Supervisory Committee, Zhang Xingming, director of public security, and Wang Shaoquan, a ranger, who were on duty together, advised him to go to the hospital to see, but he still said: "It's okay, it should be a little tired in these few days, there is not enough rest, just take a break." After the supper was ready, watching everyone take up the steaming bowl and eat it, he could no longer support it, so he said to his comrades-in-arms: "You eat more, I will go and lie down for a while." ”
Thinking of Zhang Zhengguang's usual strong and open-mindedness, everyone realized that the situation was unusual, so they immediately contacted his family to prepare for medical treatment, and at the same time contacted an ambulance.
Sadly, he had no vital signs on his way to the hospital and sacrificed his precious life to protect his homeland and protect the safety of the masses.
