In terms of drugs to deal with the new crown, the new crown virus neutralizing antibody as a drug, there are clinical data to support its efficacy on mild and moderate disease, but the data show that at least half of the neutralizing antibody drugs are difficult to effectively cope with the mutant strain, will be escaped by the mutant strain, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect.

Xie Xiaoliang introduced a very important neutralizing antibody, dxp-604, which provides new ideas for responding to the pandemic. He revealed that the dxp-593/dxp-604 neutralizing antibody pair developed by Danxu Biology, which he was one of the initiators, escaped by the mutant strain when used as a drug, but the antibody dxp-604 did not escape.

DXP-604 has also shown good efficacy in clinical trials, and Phase II clinical trials are currently underway. Xie Xiaoliang revealed that DXP-604 has been approved as a sympathetic treatment in Beijing Ditan Hospital, and as of November 2, 14 patients have received related treatment.

In addition, the current global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought public interest in vaccines to an unprecedented level. However, some have expressed concern about vaccinations and even opposed them.
