Learning calligraphy is now popular in a view that there is no need for posting, which roughly means: no need to copy, no font, freehand, calligraphy is self-contained. I don't know why so many people care about the brush font, who is Wang Xizhi's font copied? Who does Zhang Xu's font imitate? Calligraphy is a hobby of cultivating oneself, as long as you can hold a brush, follow your own ideas, in time, the natural pen will flow down the clouds. Zheng Banqiao did not come to the post, relying on his own understanding to understand a set of calligraphy "Itabashi body", but he is such a genius, for thousands of years, only this one. But we must recognize that a reality is not a genius, and if it is not a genius, we need to seriously study the good of others. Who is Wang Xizhi' Pro, you ask? Wang Xizhi learned Zhong Xuan and Lady Wei, and Zhang Xu learned Yu Shinan and Ouyang Qian. Zhao Mengfu's kind of strange talent is an exception, Su Huangmi Cai and others are famous for cursive writing, and their calligraphy, from the perspective of a melon-eating masses, is really not good. Zhang Xu and Huai Su are both masters of cursive writing, while Zhang Xu writes calligraphy, and Huai Su does not write. Because Zhang Xu was an official and Huai Su was a monk, the official's writing of official documents must be in italics. Ouyang Que also had the inkblots of xingshu passed down, but his handwriting was really a bit worse than his handwriting.
