Song Qing, Zi Guangguang, famous painter, national first-class artist, member of the China Artists Association, member of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, member of the China Association of Chinese Artists, deputy secretary-general of the China Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the Ministry of Culture.
