International Online News (Reporter Xu Xiaoqin): Ms. Wu Yinbilik, from Bole City, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, is not only the inheritor of Mongolian folk costumes, handicraft design and production, but also the leader of more than 600 ethnic minority women engaged in handicraft production and income generation.

Ms. Wu Yinbilik learned ethnic embroidery skills from her grandmother since she was a child, and after being laid off in 2003, she used her embroidery skills to start her own business. After years of hard work, the sales channels of handicrafts gradually opened, wu yinbilik began to mobilize the surrounding rural women who knew embroidery techniques to work together. In 2014, Wu Yinbilik founded Buyinku Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and its products began to be exported to Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Russia and other countries. In 2017, the company's sales exceeded one million yuan, driving 620 ethnic minority women from 8 professional cooperatives in 3 townships and towns to achieve employment and income.
