"People who saw me running and punching in my circle of friends three years ago often ask, are you a professional runner? Because I just started running a marathon in 2018, I ran 11 cities in China, 6 half marathons, and in 2019, I also participated in a Gobi 4-day, 3-night, 116-kilometer cross-country race, and completed my first full marathon in my hometown - Guangzhou Marathon. Wu Yin said with a smile that the "hair ring running" during the honeymoon period has gradually decreased, because running has become a part of her life.
Anyone who is keen on running will have their own reasons. In Wu Yin's view, a person who loves and insists on running must be an optimistic, strong, determined and hope to find himself, and must have enough courage and ability to face most of the problems of life.
"I have a daughter who is over four years old, but I often participate in different types of running events and a lot of people ask me how I do it." Wu Yin admits that as an entrepreneur, she will spend more time to deal with the most important things at the moment, and the focus of each stage is different. To know how to coordinate various relationships, such as promising her daughter to participate in the Lantern Festival activities of the kindergarten, temporarily receiving an emergency meeting from a customer, Wu Yin will try to communicate with the customer to postpone, work overtime to complete the plan, and win time to make the meeting smoothly postponed.
In order to insist on running, before she gets up at 5 or 6 a.m., even if she comes home after running a half marathon, she can catch up with her family to eat breakfast and start a new day of work and life. Under such a self-disciplined life, Wu Yin still believes that she has not reached the state of "work and life balance", and can only try to run, work and accompany without delay.
"Keep your love and go to the mountains, rivers, lakes and seas." There are too many small goals in Wu Yin's to-do list, such as wanting to run a Boston Marathon, wanting to go to Tibet to turn the mountains, hoping that the people she loves can live happily, and hoping to be good friends with her daughter...
