method
1. Put the dried broad beans in a pot, add salt, allspice powder and plenty of water, soak them for an evening (about 10 hours) and remove them, draining.
2. Place the soaked fava beans in the microwave and bake until the fava beans are crispy and remove.
3. Add salad oil to the pan and sauté with sugar until saccharified and bubbly.
4. Add vinegar, sweet noodle sauce and sesame paste to the pot, continue to fry until it bubbles, add chili noodles, pepper noodles, broad beans, flip the pot evenly, end away from the fire, use chopsticks to stir and turn, until the broad beans are wrapped in a homogeneous sauce and become solidified.
