Jiujiang Osmanthus Tea Cake is a traditional local famous spot in Jiujiang, Jiangxi. The tea cake is golden yellow, the skin is as thin as paper, and has the characteristics of "small and fine, thin and crisp, crisp and sweet, fragrant and beautiful". Originating in the Tang Dynasty, Jiangguihua Tea Cake is made with traditional recipes, with the characteristics of crispy skin, sweet and refreshing. As one of the four major pastries in Jiangxi, it adopts a traditional recipe; it uses local tea oil, local wheat noodles, slope black sesame seeds, and centennial osmanthus as the main ingredients.
