After consultation, the two parties have determined that the scale of the first batch of cooperation (planned to be completed by June 30, 2022) for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects on dairy farms is not less than 50 MW. After the signing of this Agreement, Party B shall assist Party A to immediately carry out due diligence of the project, and according to the specific circumstances of the project, Party A and Party B shall separately sign the specific agreement of the project, and confirm the operation details of the specific matters, and the accurate capacity of the specific project shall be subject to the capacity of Party B to complete all the complete procedures of the project according to the requirements of this Agreement.

While Party A and Party B cooperate in carrying out the first batch of the above-mentioned projects, party A and Party B may separately establish a joint venture company, and the joint venture company shall be the main body for follow-up cooperation, development and investment and construction of new energy projects related to distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in dairy farms or distributed photovoltaic power generation projects related to agriculture, fishery and animal husbandry, and the specific operation details of such joint venture companies shall be separately negotiated by both parties.
