1. At least one shareholder and director who is at least 18 years of age
2. A statutory secretary (to be a Hong Kong permanent resident or a Hong Kong company)
3. A registered address in Hong Kong
How and when to register
1. Select the electronic "Easy Registration" method to register (it takes 1 day)
2. Registration of a new Hong Kong Limited Company Limited (takes about 10 days)
3. Purchase of a ready-made Hong Kong company (i.e. a shell company, which takes about 2 days)
Required documents
1. The company's Chinese and English name or a single Chinese and English name
2. Copy of id card or passport of shareholders and directors
3. Registered address of the company (the company can provide)
