The crowned fish dog is not a dog but a bird, named after the developed crown feathers on its head, this bird is a fish hunter, and likes to stay on the branches of the tree before and after predation to pose playfully. The crowned fish dog is a national "three haves" protected animal and has been included in the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species in 2012.
