In the 1980s, the sky in Beijing was still blue.
At the northern end of Wangfujing, in the attic of the Capital Theater, there was such a group of young people who rehearsed rock and roll every day, all of whom were in their early 20s and 60s at that time.

In an era when rock and roll was not on the table.
These people, either from musical families or from art majors, got together and sprouted the Chinese rock that was in the underground state of the time.
Almost all of them are regarded by their descendants as the "masters" of Chinese mainland rock: Wang Di, Zang Tianshuo, Qin Qi, Li Ji, Li Li, Yan Gang, and the lead singer of the "Tang Dynasty" band that later became famous in Zhenjianghu - Ding Wu
In 1962, a man with rich musical talent was born in Beijing, and he was Ding Wu.
When Ding Wu was ten years old, the family returned to Beijing from Heilongjiang. At that time, Ding Wu had not yet gone to school, and he was in trouble everywhere all day, and he did not suffer from his parents' sticks. Soon after, under his father's arrangement, Ding Wu began to learn to paint at the Children's Palace.
His father was bent on training Ding Wu to become a painter, but Ding Wu preferred music. For this reason, the father and son often quarreled, and Ding Wu also broke two guitars.
Since then, his love for music has been out of control. Contrary to his wishes, he became an art teacher after graduation. Ding Wu always wanted to make music, and after three years as a teacher, he quit his job. When his father found out, he was furious and did not allow him to quit his job. But he would rather fall out with his father than insist on music.
In 1987, Ding Wu and two other music lovers formed the Band Black Panther. But his musical path was not smooth. After forming the band, the other two disagreed and left alone the following year. After Ding Wu left the band, in 1988, Dou Wei joined the Band Black Panther. Subsequently, Ding Wu met the like-minded Zhang Ju, and the two of them formed a Tang Dynasty band with other music lovers.
After 4 years of creation, the final release of "Dream Back to the Tang Dynasty" became a unique style in the music industry. The debut album sold more than 2 million copies as soon as it was sold, and it was sought after by many fans. Once, Ding Wu and Dou Wei both served as the lead singers of the Band Black Panther, and were the rock "big guys" of that era. The two are not only related musically, but also emotionally. The most unexpected thing is that the two of them launched a "scolding war" because of their feelings.
Both Ding Wu and Dou Wei had male and female relations with Gao Yuan. In the end, Dou Wei became married to Gao Yuan and had a daughter. However, Dou Wei's marriage to Gao Yuan lasted only a few years before ending in divorce. At a concert in 2006, Dou Wei thought that his ex-wife Gao Yuan's marriage to him was "a conspiracy." Dou Wei believed that Gao Yuan had been with him in revenge for Ding Wu.
He also said that Ding Wu was a man with extremely poor character, who had played with the feelings of many girls, and was a scumbag. Dou Wei felt that the children he and Gao Yuan had been planned. However, at that time, Ding Wu had already become a husband and wife with Yang Ting. Yang Ting wrote a "reply letter" in the face of Dou Wei's accusations. In the letter, Yang Ting supported her husband, believing that Ding Wu was a mediocre person who had no quarrel with the world and did not like hype.
The letter also satirized Dou Wei, believing that he should "fly over the madhouse."
This "scolding war" has attracted countless melon-eating masses and has become the gossip that everyone talks about.
In 1995, his most important comrade-in-arms of the Tang Dynasty Band, Zhang Ju, unfortunately passed away, which was the heaviest blow since the establishment of the Tang Dynasty Band, and the band began to decline.
You know, just a year ago, the Tang Dynasty Band also opened a sensational, brilliant rock concert with the "Magic Rock Three Jie" in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, the royal place of the "Four Heavenly Kings" concert, with tens of thousands of spectators and a tsunami.
The unfortunate day was May 11, 1995.
Bassist Zhang Ju, riding a Harley motorcycle, goes to find his girlfriend.
As a result, he died unexpectedly in a car accident.
Ding Wu said that for him, Zhang Ju's departure: "Tearing the heart and lungs, the pain of the cone heart."
Since then, he has also fallen ill.
Fear of motorcycles.
"Psychologically, especially big."
After that, every year Ding Wu would come to Zhang Ju's tomb, stay still, drink a glass of wine, and talk to him about music and friends.
In 2004, Ding Wu met Yang Ting, a girl from Yunnan, and the two fell in love at first sight, and then married and had a daughter. Yang Ting said that the most touching thing in her life was that after the caesarean section gave birth to the child, Ding Wu was lying on the side of the hospital bed, did not close her eyes for five days, and took care of her and the child day and night. In just five days, he lost several pounds.
Ding Wu's daughter is called Xiaomi Ke, smart and cute, inherits Ding Wu's genes, and loves painting and music. After becoming a father, Ding Wu's heart became softer and softer, and in his daily interactions with his daughter, Ding Wu found that his daughter was his biggest pistachio. Once, his daughter shouted at him: "Daddy, look at it, how beautiful the sunset is!" At that moment, Ding Wu felt that his daughter was the angel in his life, which made him truly feel the beauty of life.
Ding Wu, once wandering in Xinjiang, begged along the road, and threw the guitar in front of his parents for music.
But in front of his daughter, he can return to zero.
Perhaps, people who say they can't change just haven't met the variables that push you to change.
