The movie "Three Veterans": Take us back to innocence

Three Veterans is a 96-minute Czech film directed by Aldrich Lipski and released in 1984.

The film tells the story of Three veterans, Pankrac, Sevac and Bimbak, who serve in the Czech army and are brothers and sisters. After retiring from the army, they were poor and homeless, so they traveled together and made their home in all parts of the world. They wandered aimlessly into a dense forest, and the reclusive elves gave them three treasures, completely changing the fate of the three. The three of them, who had managed to get out of poverty, decided to do something they had wanted to do but hadn't had the chance to do. Pakkrak wants to fish, Sevak wants to travel the world, and only Bimbak's desire is different, he wants to train an army and conquer the world.

The movie story of "Three Veterans" is between fairy tales and fables, with spicy irony, humor and hilarity, no frolic and no flattery, and the lines are full of rustic charm. The overall style of the film is slightly grotesque and surprising, but it is also quite simple, which not only stimulates everyone's innocence and imagination, but also praises the truth and goodness in people's nature, and makes the profound philosophical exposition witty and moving, which is a film suitable for all ages.
