At about 4 p.m. on May 3, when a tourist in Pingtan was playing in Beilanling Yuyu Village, Liushui Town, he disregarded the regulations of the scenic spot and climbed over the fence to play in a dangerous area, and finally got trapped on the reef, fortunately, under the rescue of the Pingtan Fire, the tourists were rescued safely.

At about 16:00 on the 3rd, the command center of the Pingtan Fire Detachment received an alarm that some people were trapped in the reef near the Yuyu Village of Beilanling in Liushui Town, and the command center immediately dispatched a compressed air foam fire truck, a rescue fire truck and 11 firefighters to the scene to deal with it at the special service station that was patrolling Beigang Village.

At 16:22, the firefighters of the special service station arrived at the scene and found a tourist (Fuzhou nationality, height 183 cm, weight 82 kg), due to foot injuries, unable to move, trapped near the seaside reef. The site is a hundred meters perpendicular to the shore and is full of rugged landslides. Rescuers immediately observed and assessed the surrounding environment of the scene, and formulated a rescue plan in time: find the fulcrum on the road surface, fix the safety rope, and drop it to the reef where the trapped person is located, and then use the foot fixing plate to fix the injured foot of the trapped person, tie the safety rope and seat belt to the trapped person, and the rescue personnel take turns to carry it ashore, and after half an hour of emergency rescue, the trapped person was successfully rescued to the shore and handed over to the 120 disposal on the scene.
