Explore the path of standardized and intensive development of agriculture, encourage large households to contract land, and the town government helps to register and establish cooperatives to cultivate new agricultural subjects; improve the planting management level of large contracted households by carrying out scientific and technological lectures and organizing out-of-town visits and studies; sign contracts with large contracting households to clarify crop types, harvesting methods, straw treatment measures, and consolidate responsibilities.
