In the early 1980s, Lao Zhuang was transferred from the factory to the regional literary federation, and when his superior assigned him administrative work, he said, I write and paint, I can't do the work you give me, if I have to do it, then transfer me back to the same place, where I can read and paint as much as I want. Lao Zhuang smiled lightly: This has little to do with me, I can't get into this meeting, I am still me. I remember that in 1999, he held the "Laozhuang Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" at the National Art Museum of China, and many media people, scholars and "fans" came to him to interview, exchange, worship, seek advice or collect works, it is said that at this time it was his scenery and glory, but he quietly disappeared, walked in the Central Plains, strolled through Pushui to find the shadow of Diaomengzhuang Zhou; chased after the traces of the old man riding a bull. However, Mr. Lao Zhuang, who has the bone nature of the Immortal Wind Dao, just regards fame and fortune as a passing cloud, and the wealth in his eyes is only knowledge.

Lao Zhuang is like a ripe ear, and the fuller the fruit, the more it hangs its head. Whether people call him "Master", "Dacheng" or "Dashan", he himself is sober-minded and humble. His artistic path is like mountaineering, shoulder to shoulder to explore the bag, stepping through one peak after another, one peak higher than another, peak after peak, climbing endlessly, the goal is always in mind, until the view of the mountains is small.
