Kate Winslet, who has been jokingly called "Fat Wen" by fans, is 43 years old.

Born in 1975 in Berkshire, England, Winslet's parents were both stage actors.
Kate began to play with her talents at a very young age. She was given the opportunity to perform professionally for the first time at the age of 11, dancing with honey monsters in an advertisement for cereal for children.
Her first big break was at the age of 17, when she was portrayed as a paranoid teenager in Angels of Sin (1994). The film is based on the true story of two fantasy-obsessed girls who commit a brutal murder.
It was her screen debut, and she recalled: When I was reading the script in the back seat of the car, I turned to my father and shouted, "I must play this role!" And he said, "Then you will."
